Petrino tavern was established in 1999 by Madilaras family with love for Greek cuisine and since then it remains one of the most popular taverns in Syros, It is accommodated in a traditional building, the first building of Hermoupolis, at the famous pedestrian area with the bougainvillea flowers, known as the nicest spot of the town. There, surrounded  by the exceptional architecture buildings you will have the opportunity to enjoy local meze such as caper salad, tidbit with local sausage, and fennel, chicken Syros, soutzoukakia from Cyclades, local rolls with louza meat and San Mihali cheese and plenty more.
