These include lobster with spaghetti, fresh fish on the grill, sun-dried fish (gouna), stuffed calamari, marinated anchovy, rooster in tomato sauce, pork rosto (a traditional dish from the village of Apeiranthos), goat with lemon sauce, eggplant cooked in a clay pot, fresh salads, and a selection of wines from Naxos and the neighboring isles of Paros and Santorini.
