Tsitsanis Tavern is located in Prodromos village and it is the oldest tavern still operating on Paros. It was established in 1969 with great care, pride and love by Mr. Giannis and his wife Mrs. Vasiliki and today their son Vlassis  runs this family business.

 We serve traditional local food of high quality such as oven roasted chickpeas, artichokes with broad beans, cock and rabbit in wine, meatballs, zucchini balls, grilled meat, etc.

Our tavern follows the “farm to table” philosophy, using mostly seasonal produce grown locally and other local products wich come straight from our farm to your table.

The tavern is open year-around. You can enjoy your meal either sitting inside by the jukebox and the lovely paintings or outisde in our beatiful and peacful garden in the back or in the front of the tavern on the small square at the entrance of the village.
