A Few Words

Fistikies restaurant is located in Kamari, very close to the black beach, in a privately owned estate full of Pistachio trees (Fistikies in Greek), which have been traditionally cultivated for over a century and still continue today.

It was built in 2018, with a lot of love and passion, by Chris Koskinas and his wife Anna Karamolegou. The beautiful and simple interiors, the shady pergolas and the flowery courtyard, offer a pleasant, calm and comfortable environment, from lunchtime until late at night.
 

The chef and co-owner Chris Koskinas, having gained many years of experience in the field of cooking, created "Fistikies" drawing inspiration mainly from Mediterranean cuisine. The philosophy of the restaurant is based on the combination of the Greek gastronomic tradition with the delicacies of the Mediterranean. Familiar but also new tastes, seeking to tantalise and excite you.


The cuisine of Chris Koskinas and his team, is characterised by the choice of excellent raw materials, with respect to the seasonality of the products.
The extra virgin olive oil used at the restaurant, comes from his own olive trees, as he was born and raised in Doliana village, Arcadia.


The restaurant's wine list includes a wide variety of wines from Santorini vineyard, as well as labels of selected Greek producers.


The special atmosphere of “Fistikies”, discreet service and the excellent value are the constant goals of our hospitality.
