A Few Words

At “Aroma Avlis” our belief, hard work, along with the main use of the Greek products, proves that the Greek Gastronomy does exist!

It is a truly magical, that the garden with the vegetables that provides us with the fresh ingredients of our menus, exist at the very same grounds of our restaurant and so are the aromatic herbs that the Greek soil so generously offers. Therefore the name of our restaurant “Aroma Avlis” which means “scent of a garden”.

The love and devotion of the owner Artemis Karamolegos, in combination with philosophy and mentality as manager Vangelis Beltzenitis, along with the recipes of the executive chef Chrisostomos Prasatzis that signs our menus and the talent of the chef de cuisine Marios Nikolopoulos to put our vision in a plate, is the gastronomical experience we proudly present to each visitor that honor us with their presence and choice. Always of course escorted by the unique and amazing wines of the Greek vineyards.

This year, besides the interactive cooking lessons that have established “Aroma Avlis” in a global level by promoting Santorini as a gastronomical destination, we present along with our new standard menu, four additional surprise menus, that each will be presented every 15 days by replacing the next one. At “Aroma Avlis” we do not offer just food, our aim is to offer unforgettable experiences by staying true to our tradition and making it clear, that those do not have to be expensive or complicated. They will be delightful and will bring up memories.
