A Few Words
This traditional taverna on Apollonia’s main street has been offering traditional Greek cuisine and Sifnos meze for the last 18 years. Typical dishes include the famed throubato, succulent mastello, and coq au vin with thick pasta—all dishes from Sifnos’s culinary tradition that must be sampled.
The setting is carefully decorated, down to the locally-made ceramic serving dishes.
