Myronia is set on the main square at Pyrgos and serves Greek cuisine and local dishes like pigeon slow-cooked in a clay pot and Tinos noodles with fresh tomatoes. Other dishes or appetizers include sun-dried tomatoes, fennel fritters, and several made from personal recipes inspired by Greek culinary traditions and the local availability of ingredients like eggplants with garlic and parsley; herring salad; and savory cheese pie made with yogurt and olives. All salads are made with fresh vegetables in season—lettuce and sweet potato with honey dressing in winter, zucchini or parsley salad in summer. All dishes pair well with ouzo or Myronia’s selection of Greek and local wines. Myronia is open from Easter through October.
A Few Words

You can find our restaurant in the main square of the traditional village of Pyrgos. Respecting the local and Cycladic recipes we create plates combining the freshness of the local products and the tastes of the Aegean. The traditional pigeon, the filet with dried figs and the Cycladic pasta are some of our main dishes. In combination with the many salads and Greek starters all our customers, and the vegetarians and vegans, can taste the Aegean Cuisine.
