Since 1965 the Stamatis tavern in one of the most advantageous locations very close to the center of Batsi Andros dominates the gastronomic life of the island offering its own unique cuisine to its numerous patrons.

It is one of Batsi's most historic restaurants with 53 years experience in the area. Yannis, continuing his father's tradition, Stamatis, prepares dishes from the Cycladic cuisine with the valuable help of his wife, Kallirois. The sequel comes with the third generation, Stamatis son of John who continues the tradition of the shop.

Open summer and winter with a new terrace that offers unparalleled views of Batsi's picturesque cove and the endless blue Stamatis tavern meets and the most demanding gourmets.

With a wide variety of seafood such as fresh local fish, bream, black bream, red mullet and others. Special fish soup with a variety of petfood like, grouper, rockfish. Native lobsters (lobster spaghetti) and everywhere Cooked dishes with the prescriptions of grandfather Stamatis and Grandmother Anastasia.
