Located at Galissas, Savvas is the place to go for authentic home-cooking and dishes made using vegetables picked straight from its gardens at Pago. The menu is rooted in Greek culinary tradition and dishes made with fine olive oil, local meat and fish, and other products grown on Syros soil. Opening the menu is kindles childhood memories for Greeks as it is designed like a vintage reading primer. Savvas is open from April through October.
