A Few Words
For the last 30 years we offer traditional appetizers, in our family owned tavern in Olympos. Our meals are made with our own organic meat, poultry, eggs, and organic produce grown in Avlona. Some of the specialties that you can enjoy are, homemade bread, handmade makarounes, (home made pasta), stuffed zucchini flowers, stuffed vine leaves, artichokes, stuffed tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, fava (yellow split peas) ect., stew or stuffed goat which is roasted in a clay oven (the stuffed goat can be ordered in advanced). We also have the best local wine which is a perfect compliment to your meal. We also offer homemade desserts Loukoumades (karpathian donut), and karpathian baklava.
