A Few Words
“Mythos” restaurant is located on the hillside over Lindos main square, on a 1,000 sqm. area, among bougainvilleas, orange and lemon trees, grapevines, locust trees and other plants, which form a marvelous environment.
The herbs we use (spearmint, rosemary, bay leaves, oregano etc.) are from our own garden.
Our cook uses our own virgin olive oil, vegetables, most of them organic, are from local producers, meat is from our family butcher shop in Lardos, most of the animals are grown in our family farm. Our fish is always fresh from the Aegean Sea; our bread is prepared and baked in a wood-fired oven, as well as some of the meat we offer.
Our traditional Italian pizza is also baked in this wood-fired oven.
