A Few Words

The foundation of the restaurant was a dream which came true in 2004, and since its opening, the whole family has been working here, contributing to its service. The location of our family-run restaurant lies among olive trees, hence the name “Liofito” (liofito in Greek means a field full of olive trees). You will find yourself enjoying your dinner in the calmness of a beautiful garden with running water.

Our cuisine is mainly traditional as we want to keep the dishes and the flavours of the past generations alive. Here, you can also find a great variety of meat. Our signature dish is homemade lasagna, a traditional dish of Milos island, cooked in such a way that cannot be found anywhere here.

All of our products are fresh and chosen on a daily basis from local producers. Some of them, like the potatoes, the olive oil, the olives, the eggs, the greens, the beans, the zucchinis and the caper are exclusively our harvest.

Our goal is to have satisfied customers who enjoy our delicious food. You will find us daily at the entrance of the village Pollonia from 7 p.m. It would be a pleasure to serving you.
