Griniaris, a well-kept secret of taste! The materials that make each of the restaurant’s dishes are carefully and specifically chosen to highlight the taste and quality of each recipe, which is the test result of the owners, but also of the full acceptance of customers! Barley loaves from Kalymnos, for the most traditional salad of Kalymnos, the "mermizeli", "Griniaris" shrimps, and also shrimps hidden in the most famous dish of the restaurant, the risotto, and also green beans with garlic, juicy octopus balls and cuttlefish with its ink, which will fully satisfy your choice!
