“The traditional tavern « GIOSIFAKI » known as KOLLITIRI, started as a family affair some years ago in 1958. The passion and the recipes were transferred by the grandparents Joseph and Francesca to their son George later to the grandson Joseph and now to the new owner Raphael.

« GIOSIFAKI » is literally located by the sea in the picturesque Vari’s Bay in Syros Island. In a finest and hospitable environment, the tavern lures the visitor in a tasteful journey by offering plentiful and highly Greek dishes, fresh fish and a great variety of seafood which provides.

Raphael respects the traditional recipes which he received from the previous generation and by using the purest ingredients he always tries to adapt the past flavors to new modern ones. This is something that anyone can realize from the first moment that has a quick look at the menu. The confirmation comes at once when the order is delivered and the visitor can see the dishes which overflow with the quantity and mostly the quality.
