The "Enalion" which was named after its position (Enalion, -ios/-ia = one who is in the water, owned or live in it), respects the tradition and offers visitors authentic food made with fresh, pure, and mainly local ingredients and excellent drinks, collected with care from every corner of Greece.

It is said that beauty lies in simplicity. We believe that the same thing applies to the taste and we do it in our kitchen. In "Enalion", you will taste dishes that will surprise you with their simplicity and will satisfy you completely with their taste. We combine and cook simple, everyday and seasonal ingredients in such a way as to manifest the splendor hiding. The ingredients mainly come from our island.  The vegetables come from our own gardens of produced by local varieties, 1,5 klm distance from the restaurant and are grown according to the Integrated Pest Management. The fresh fish is local, provided by local fishermen, the rest seafood are coming both from Milos or Aegean sea. In our kitchen, we use only olive oil.

At the same time is a common belief that the success of a meal or dinner is a result of the thoughtful and balanced combination of food and drink. In Enalion, we go the extra mile to select our wines and fill in our list. The wine list options are fully aligned with our philosophy, which relates solely to the consumption eponymous Greek wine. This has to do with the representation of the entire Greek vineyard while Cycladic winery holds an important position. The final preparation of the list is the result of cooperation with the chef and sommelier. The aim is to reach the consumer wines that deserve to be rewarded by the public. The wine list is updated along with the menu of dishes. Wine experts located permanently at the service of customers. Love and respect for the wine, have led us to use suitably shaped cellar and wine cooler that protects wines effectively, until they reach the specific wine glasses of the restaurant. Also, carefully selected and always in terms of quality, innovation and the combination of food and drink, you will find spirits, raki, ouzo or beer.
