Archontiko restaurant at quaint Lindos has served customers for the last 20 years. Its name, which in Greek means fine mansion, reflects the setting as it is housed in renovated 16th-century sea captain’s home.
The restaurant interior is cozy and welcoming, with decorative touches like gold-embroidered pillows tossed on the built-in sofas under the archway. The rooftop dining area offers an incredible view of the Lindos acropolis and is ideal for romantic dinners on summer nights.
Archontiko’s menu comprises dishes from Greek and Mediterranean cuisines. These are carefully prepared with fine ingredients hand-picked by the restaurant’s owner, Dimitris Deladimitriou.
The house specials are a delicious lobster pasta and fresh fish, followed by fresh meat, cooling salads, and tempting desserts.
